Due to tremendous growth, we are proud to announce this brand new role. Working from our offices in Minneapolis, MN, you would provide strategic and tactical management oversight of service delivery for one of our Fortune 500 clients.
This is a truly historic opportunity to lead the recruitment for one of the nation’s most well-known and respected institutions. Your efforts would be critical not only to the client’s success but also to the development of the RPO industry as a whole. REQUIREMENTS
The ability to handle clients with tact and diplomacy is essential for this role, as is the willingness to travel between our offices. The successful candidate will also possess a combination of the following experience, skills and aptitude:Demonstrated recruitment experienceOperational experience overseeing a minimum of 10-15 peopleExperience in a metric-driven, performance-based environmentExperience overseeing other managersA background in sales management, a high-volume agency and/or a national agency is preferredExperience working in a client account management role is highly preferredProficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems is helpfulA Master’s degree is ideal, but not requiredIf you can envision yourself being successful in this environment, we’d like to hear from you immediately.
