Naperville - Inside Sales - $40,000

Purpose:
Our client, located in Naperville, IL, is seeking to hire motivated and qualified candidates to begin an inside sales career in the education field. This position is a direct placement paying $40,000.

In this position, individuals are responsible for selling online education courses to prospective students and facilitating the new student recruitment process. This includes recruiting, admissions testing and decision making. As an Admissions Advisor, candidates will be contacting prospective students via phone. All leads are warm and provided, and come from prospective students that have requested further information on pursuing online education. This position does NOT require cold calling. This position is 100% salary, with no commissions.

Bachelors degree is required, and a desire to sell is essential. Candidates must possess solid communication skills, as well as great time management and organizational skills. Classroom based training is provided and is considered mandatory.
