Medical Implementation Specialist

Vantage Oncology, a leading innovator of oncology treatment, is currently seeking a Medical Integration Coordinator to lead their efforts from the El Segundo, CA. headquarters office.
Qualification

Must be process oriented. College degree preferred or relevant years of experience; Excellent oral and written communication and problem solving skills; Ability to analyze data, identify trends and develop recommendations for client; Must be able to manage multiple complex projects and tasks while meeting aggressive deadlines; Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word programs; Project management experience required, Effective analytical and communication skills. Must be able to work under time and pressure constraints

Provides custom integration implementation support for new clients/partner involving medical software, database file & system setup, including pre-site inspection, initial installation, implementation, customization, integration and outline orientation for the client/partner. Works closely with accounting, marketing, Implementation Managers, IT personnel, and other corporate technical and integration support with the new client/partner to ensure a smooth implementation and transition from start-up to integration/production mode. Capable of working with minimal supervision. Considered an expert in the implementation and use of all company policy, procedure, software, and hardware products. Knowledgeable of industry best practices in the implementation of various company products Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills internally and externally.

REQUIREMENTS
Represents company in a professional manner to company client/partner and other company personnel at all times. Trains client/partner personnel when authorized by Management. Provides support and instruction to less experienced client/partner, and co-workers, through classroom training sessions or on-the-job mentoring. Acts as a mentor and assists or presents training development environments to peers, client/partners and other departments. Acts as back up to Implementation Manager or to provide technical and administrative team leadership on specific implementations. May be required to assume lead on less complex implementations.

Ensures that all project communication with the client/partner goes through the engagement Implementation Manager
Prepares, maintains and submits activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports in accordance with published procedures. Keeps Implementation Managers informed of activities, alerting of any issues promptly. Provides updates to COMPANY case tracking system and or other technical applications for Software implementation and Problem Reporting/Resolution. Completes end-of-project reports.
Seeks advice or assistance from Implementation Manager as required during difficult client/partner situations. Works in conjunction with IT, accounting, marketing or other company colleagues to ensure effective resolution of various l issues encountered during implementations.
Performs highly complex and/or extended-stay implementations. Successfully assist in managing relations with client/partners utilizing well-developed negotiation and influencing skills to acquire the internal and external resources necessary for optimal results.
