Growth within our client's organization is limitless!We are looking for HR professionals with 3-9years HR management experience including basic HR policies, training, coaching, performance management, staffing, procedures, labor relations, and EOC law. The MHRM position will be responsible for a large number of stores within their area (8-12) and work with store managers on all HR needs and issues. MHRM is required to travel between stores and will support from 2,000 to 4,500 employees depending on their region.Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, and PHR/SPHR preferred but may be waived in lieu of experience.Salary is highly competitive based on candidate’s current compensation, experience, and region. A company car will be provided after training and relocation packages may also be available based on candidate need. MHRM must live within 54 miles of Glenwood Springs, CO
