Juno Lighting Group comprises a family of eight lighting category brands, and is a single source of lighting manufacturer for commercial, retail, industrial and residential applications throughout North America seeking Manager of Internal Communications.SUMMARY:A Corporate Communications Manager creates, implement and oversee communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products. They often assist in the preparation of presentations and/or speeches geared toward employees and consumers. It's not uncommon for them to provide supervision and direction to staff. In the area of internal communication, this position is responsible for creating and executing internal communications processes aimed at strengthening team member understanding and ownership for the company's values, goals, and current initiatives. In so doing, this position is also responsible for on-going development and execution of all internal communication channels, including our primary channel for internal communications: the company intranet.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.responsible for developing and executing a company-wide internal communications strategy to propel JLG forward as a leader within the Schneider family of companies.
Responsible for liason with the SENA communications staff to coordinate and utilize existing communications programs and events
develop a plan to drive and support the Association's goals and business objectives to all 3,500 staff nationwide and key groups of senior national-level volunteers.Regularly interface with customers to ensure that their requirements and expectations are regularly met through robust process design and flawless business execution.Monitor, measure, and report to executive and corporate management regarding the overall health and status of JLG's quality management system and continual improvement activities.Manage, monitor and report on JLG's overall supplier quality program including regularly assessing on time delivery and supplied quality performance of JLG's global supply basePlease submit resume with salary history. <ONLY THOSE SUBITTED WITH SALARY EXPECTATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED.>Schneider Electric Company is an equal opportunity employer.
