Responsibilities:
Daily management of operations and oversight of distribution of transactions between sites and teams to meet all processing standards and goals.
Coordinates with Pension Products Quality, Compliance and Product Development to optimize delivery of services to clients and make customer service based decisions related to customer transaction requests.
Serves as knowledge expert for trends and technology that affect the business (i.e., participates in industry forums, seminars, keeping up to date on technical publications).
Maintains quality standards and writes individual performance evaluations. Prepares and manages reporting for budgets, financials and pricing of process. Implements & monitors financial metrics, individual & process metrics, client service metrics, and compliance metrics.
Works with a large number of direct reports, builds and creates an environment where motivating people and coaching staff is a natural and integral part of the management process, resulting in a culture where continued learning and development is encouraged. Identifies high potential individuals and actively coaches and mentors to prepare them for future assignments and ever-increasing responsibility and accountability.
Serves as advocate for clients in the development and delivery of products for participants and/or administrators.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
5 years of Omni leadership experience; or Seven plus years of management or professional level experience.
Demonstrated leadership abilities including problem solving and decision making.
Proven ability to effectively communicate with, lead, and motivate employees.
Knowledge of annuity and mutual fund products, defined contribution products, and defined benefit plans. In-depth knowledge of the pay-out options (e.g., MDO,RB,TPA)offered and the systems (e.g.,ADAM,SSSS)used.
Experience with financial and performance measurement applications, process engineering, and project management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Important qualities: results oriented customer and cost focused, with facilitation and enabling skills.
