Manager, Loss Prevention 779-06 (779-06)
The Corporate Loss Prevention Department, located in Pleasanton, California, has an opening for a Loss Prevention Manager Program Development:
Assist Vice President in the development of Corporate Loss Prevention programs
Maintain company Hotline Program and reporting procedure for SOX requirements
Develop and maintain Loss Prevention database for reporting company wide.
Assist in the development of security procedures and programs to adequately protect employees, customers, suppliers, as well as company assets.
Prosecute criminally or civilly those individuals responsible for unlawful acts against the company and/or employees, customers and suppliers.
Enforce company policies, rules and procedures.
Investigate misconduct relating to all Corporate facilities.
Provide Workplace Violence and Drug Awareness Training for Corporate facilities
Provide physical security direction for all Corporate Facilities
Standardize CCTV Program Company wide.
Assist Divisions with developing ROI for projects
Work with Division Loss Prevention Directors on security problems and formulate security programs.
Assist with Executive Protection Program
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: The following are preferred or desired unless specifically stated:
4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years buying experience in packaged goods, with a minimum 1 year of SSIMS backstage experience.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, QMF, SSIMS, and Powerpoint.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to determine adequate inventories while ensuring targeted service levels.
Must demonstrate a high degree of initiative and sense of urgency with strong planning skills.
Must have ability to work independently and be a self-starter. Able to encourage a strong team environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Superior negotiating, problem solving and decision making skills.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
