Business Unit: GE MoneyFunction: Human ResourcesResponsibilities: WMC Mortgage Corporation, a GE Money Company and a fast growing segment of GE Money focused on the sub-prime mortgage market is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead HR activities for it's operating division located in Los Angeles, CA. Duties will include: Leading recruitment and employee relations activities and guiding management teams in administration of people related programs;
Implementing performance programs including EMS, Session C, GE Opinion Survey, and employee/management training;
Leading salary planning and administration for the division;
Managing employee onboarding programs;
Acting as a partner to divisional leadership in recommending and HR interventions to achieve overall business strategy and driving these from conception to implementation

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: * Minimum 3 years in Human Resources
Expertise in Human Resource functions including organizational development, performance management, compensation, training, recruitment and employee relations
Bachelors degree in Business or Human ResourcesDesired: * Masters Degree
HRLP Graduate
Six Sigma Certification
