HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
Reporting directly to the Manager of Human Resources, the successful incumbent will support all employees in understanding NuComm company policies. You will ensure that all employees are treated in a fair, consistent and impartial manner, as well as assist employees with conflict resolution. As the Human Resources Coordinator in Wichita, you will ensure all employee complaints relating to HR practices are followed up and resolved within the regulations set out under NuComm Company Policies and US labor law.You will be the primary contact for recruiting in the Wichita office, and will be involved in accepting and monitoring applications, contacting applicants, facilitating assessments, conducting interviews, communicating regrets and making offers of employment. You will act as an ambassador for NuComm, both in the workplace and the community.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Human Resources related diploma/degree
- Two years of related Human Resources experience
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws, with demonstrated experience applying applicable legislation in the workplace
- Flexible and positive attitude
- Results oriented with a proven track record
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must have a strong work ethic and an ability to think "outside the box"
- Must pay close attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills - Word, Excel & Internet
