Assists in the development, administration and delivery of training and educational programs. Coordinates training schedules. Maintains records of training activities and employee progress and monitors effectiveness of programs. Assists in developing and administering courses and other non-technical training modules which may include facilitation, coaching, and communication. Handles special projects, as assigned. Design training modules based around a concept. Must have excellent platform skills. Certified in various test taking assesments preferred. Experience with conducting learning metrics. Experience with adult learning. Various behavioral certifications (Myers Briggs etc. ) preferred. Should be familiar with copyright laws and infringements.
