Learning Client Lead

Manages day-to-day service delivery within the Manage Demand/Fulfillment team in a multi-client environment

Fosters partnerships between clients and Hewitt
Maintains relationship with Third Party Supplier including technical support
Maintains relationship with Tier 1 Service Center and Tier 3 IT Support during implementation and ongoing
 Ensures RSL (Reported Service Level) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) adherence
Informs and updates Operations Manager of service escalations
Manages, supports and coaches direct reports in the areas of:
Performance Management Plan (PMP) development and review
Salary administration
Team building
Issue resolution
Performance Coaching
Change management
May have responsibilities with off shoring
Supplies data to the Report/Document team for reports as needed and/or required
Schedules and makes arrangements for meetings
Performs special projects and any other job functions as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Required:
Analytical skills, self-starter, can operate with moderate direction from senior team members
Detail oriented, organized
MS Office literate (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Visio)
Confident in learning new computer processes/applications
Good oral and written communication skills
Manage time effectively to meet the goals of the department and the company
Provide opinions and solutions that will streamline current procedures and impact the department, company, and client
Team player / shares knowledge
