We are currently seeking a Leadership Development Director to oversee the leadership development and succession planning processes for the company, including identifying new practices / policies related to people development and organizational effectiveness strategies. This integral position involves providing direction over identification, development, placement, and recognition of leadership development talent to senior management, key leaders, and HR professionals within the company.
REQUIREMENTS
Specific responsibilities include:
Source internal leadership candidates and provide key information about potential candidates and overall suitability for leadership positions in the company (i.e., recommended assessments, background information, information about career interests)
Provide overall direction and guidance to HR and business leaders as to the most effective methods, tools, practices and resources available for development leadership talent
Coordinate leadership development with other key HR processes to help drive the overall success of the leadership development goals and objectives (i.e. compensation, selection, diversity, performance review and development processes
Identify and monitor CTQs and key metrics for success for the leadership development strategy

Our ideal candidate will possess:
B.A. degree and 8 - 10 years of organization, leadership and executive development experience with a national corporation or as an external consultant
Solid understanding of HR management fundamentals, in-depth leadership development experience, and experience in developing and implementing OD programs and systems
Experience interacting and consulting with senior-level management
