Labor Relations Manager

The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of a Labor Relations Manager
with a solid background in Union Negotiations for a Large Food/Beverage
Manufacturing Facility located in CA. This position oversees
responsibility for Human Resources and Labor Relations activities
throughout the Manufacturing division.This position includes involvement in division strategic, business and
budget planning activities as well as implementation of the strategic HR
Business Plan for Manufacturing.Included responsibility for preparation and involvement in negotiations,
acting as the chief negotiations spokesperson as well as the interpretation
of contracts and development of relationships with unions.Additional responsibilities include: active participation with peers from
other divisions and Corporate Human Resources staff in enterprise-wide
planning and development activities for new and existing Human Resources
programs and policies.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Participate as a member of the senior staff of the division.
2. Coordinate the delivery and utilization of talent management programs
for management (and where appropriate hourly) positions.
3. Works with the Director of Mfg. HR/LR and Corporate Human Resources
staff to identify and develop Human Resources and Labor Relations staff.
4. Manage Labor Relations. Manages employee records to ensure they are
maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
5. Provides support necessary to ensure that Manufacturing functions in an
orderly, efficient manner.Human Resource Accountabilities:

written and verbal; Problem Solving; Developing Direct Reports; Business
Acumen; Building a Culture of Inclusion; Strategic Partner; Organizational
Development.Minimum Position Qualifications
• Bachelors degree – preferably in a human resources or business
curriculum is desirable
• Manufacturing operations experience is desirable
• Experience in contract negotiations is desirablePhysical Demands of the Position
• Routine office activities
• Moderate travel
• Long hours

Qualified Candidates for the Labor Relations Manager position MUST HAVE at
least a 4-Year BS/BA Degree with at least 7-10 years of HR/LR Management
experience from within a Manufacturing Facility. Only candidates with a

to CA are also highly desired and will receive first consideration.
