Advance Nursing, a nationally accredited nurse staffing agency, is seeking a self-motivated, people oriented & decisive full- time Nurse Recruiter. Cold calling to recruit new contract nurses. Maintain relationships with nurses and facilities. Direct hire with full benefits & excellent compensation potential. Requirements include:
*Inside sales or recruiting experience: (healthcare preferred) *Excellent communication & negotiation skills *Excellent organization and follow-up skills *Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
