Our values of continuous improvement, integrity, results-oriented performance assessments and excellent customer service make up the foundation upon which we have built our organization.LendingTree is looking for a motivated and experienced Reward Administration Specialist to help us expand our existing team.This position is primarily responsible for administering and interpreting Incentive Compensation Plans, which includes calculating, reporting and verifying the accuracy of incentive compensation awards. This position requires participation in the preparation and distribution of incentive compensation reports.
.Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Demonstrate good reading, writing, and mathematical skills. Basic processes and products of mortgage banking/consumer banking/branch operations. Positive customer service behaviors and techniques. Business line products sufficient to analyze related incentive compensation data. Applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and payroll. Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel and Access. Resolve routine data integrity issues. Establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors, and managers in various divisions. Communicate effectively, orally and in writing to a variety of groups and individuals including technical and management staff. Create and alter relational database queries to meet the needs of regional and group managers. Research and resolve complex incentive compensation data integrity issues. Work closely with business units to understand their reporting needs. Policies, standards, procedures, and regulations applicable to division incentive compensation programs. Work independently with little supervision.Experience / Training / Education:
Associate¿s degree in business or equivalent combination of experience /education. Minimum of three (3) years experience in a payroll, transaction processing and verification or customer service related environment preferably in banking/branch operations or retail stores. Or the equivalent combination of education and experience that would demonstrate the ability to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
