Capgemini employs approximately 60,000 people worldwide and reported 2004 global revenues of 6,291 million euros.Job Description: The Human Resources Strategic Planning Analyst position is responsible for working with stakeholders to participate in the development of Human Resources - related Strategic Planning deliverables to include strategic presentations, enterprise level Bills of IT, Convergence Strategies, and Human Resources Business / IT thought leadership. The strategic planning analyst should ideally have knowledge/ experience with the relevant BUSINESS PROCESSES and CONCEPTUAL architectures associated with Human Resources. This is a strategically focused position and the candidate must be able to look at both the business processes and strategies and work to develop strategic architectures. This position will have a strong focus towards the business side of PEOPLESOFT, timekeeping, and payroll applications.
REQUIREMENTS
Skill Requirements:The ideal candidate would both have the relevant business process experience, as well as worked with PEOPLESOFT; but more from the BUSINESS perspective. The candidate must understand how these apps fit into an overall strategy to meet business needs.
