Human Resources Specialist

Bath Fitter a rapidly-growing, industry-leading North American plastic consumer products manufacturer has an opening for an for an experienced Human Resources Specialist.The successful candidate will work closely with the Plant Manager to support hourly and administrative employees for the plant facility based in Nashville, TN. Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources, the Human Resources Specialist will implement human resources policies and procedures, lead and participate in all recruitment activities, administer company benefits and employee training programs.The company offers competitive salary and benefits package as well as a rewarding and challenging environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Human Resources or related field.
5 to 7 years of human resources generalist experience, with a minimum of 4 years working in a manufacturing environment.
Solid experience in recruitment.
Excellent knowledge of federal and state laws, including the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA).
Strong computer skills and knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems is preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work in a team.
Organized and results oriented.
