Aldin Associates LP owns and operates 32 Convenience Stores and Donut Shops throughout Connecticut. As we continue to grow and rebuilding locations and add profit centers, we are seeking an outgoing, self-motivated individual to represent our company.


Recruiter

This position will support our retail store managers and field supervisors by proactively identifying and screening applicants to attract and maintain a higher quality of employee. Additional responsibilities include: Developing relationships with field supervisors and store managers to identify immediate and future needs at store level; developing relationships with area high schools, colleges, community services and state and local agencies, and attending local job fairs to attract qualified exempt and non-exempt applicants. Manage recruitment ad layouts and track advertising, utilization and costs to ensure that recruiting dollars are spend as efficiently as possible. Act as an advisor to managers/supervisor to ensure legal compliance with all recruitment issues and concerns. Plus much more...


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
With this entry level position, we are willing to train an individual that is outgoing and is a self starter.

Experience in recruiting or college level courses or a degrees relating to Human Resources is preferred.

Knowledge of current employment laws and excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required.

Internet recruiting knowledge is required.

Ability to think out of the box to develop a recruiting program that will ensure proactive staffing occurs as we continue to expand.

Daily travel with company vehicle to different locations is required.

This entry level position has a salary in the upper 20's with a company vehicle.
REQUIREMENTS


Daily travel with Company vehicle within Connecticut is required.

Preference will be given to applicants with interviewing and retail management background.
