(Compensation Lead) - City of Olathe is a values driven organization seeking a human resource professional. the successful candidate will have demonstrable strong experience in broad banding compensation systems, ability to conduct market surveys, the ability to create and classify position descriptions, develop and support broad banding efforts, and capable of working with a diverse staff throughout the organization to identify and solve human resource programs, process and personnel issues. PeopleSoft (E-One). Training experience is desirable.
REQUIREMENTS
