REQUIREMENTS
Competencies:•Thorough knowledge of HRIS systems, employee benefits, recruiting and general human resources processes and procedures
•Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills and follow through
•Extensive database and report generation experience required
•Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•Oracle or related database experience preferred
•Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities
•Proven supervisory skillsInterpersonal Skills:•Must be able to work effectively with all levels within the organization
•Excellent oral and written communication skills requiredEducation/Experience:
•Associates degree in a related field required (PHR certification a plus)
•Minimum 5 years experience in an HR role required
•HRIS experience required
