Job description
On behalf of our client we are conducting a search for a talented, self motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their successful plants located in central Nebraska. If you are looking to join a progressive, team-focused company in a highly visible management position this is the opportunity you have been waiting for! The successful applicant will report to the General Manager and will manage all human resources functions in the facility with over 250 employees. The applicant will recruit and hire new employees, handle employee communication, benefits, training, safety, health, morale and clerical support. The applicant will also establish polices that seek to increase retention rates, foster employee job satisfaction and work with other management to establish long-term staffing goals and strategies. If your are currently the number two HR person in a large plant or the number one person in a small plant you are exactly who we are looking for!





Requirements
To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you must have the following:

•A Degree from a 4-year university is required
•4 + years of human resources experience in a manufacturing environment is a Must!
•Strong human resources experience with employee relations, benefits and well being
•Experience overseeing hiring, retention, legal compliance, compensation and regulations
