DO YOU HAVE 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT (SPECIFICALLY, INDUSTRY/LABOR RELATIONS EXPERIENCE)?DO YOU HAVE A BA/BS IN HUMAN RESOURCES OR RELATED FIELD?Our client, a major Food Manufacturing Company, is seeking a talented, innovative professional for the position of Human Resources Manager. This position offers an excellent compensation package!Job Responsibilities: Implement the company’s HR processes, policies and standards in a way that fits local legislative and cultural environment, researches, recommends and implements changes and enhancements to local policies and procedures;Manages the resourcing function at the local level ensuring the business can attract, motivate, develop and retain great talent through effective resourcing, training and development, performance management and reward strategies;Manages performance and development issues with line managers where necessary to improve management and team effectiveness;
Maintains labor relations with individuals by ensuring the individual and collective relationships between the business and its people are healthy, open and collaborative through the use of effective communication and other HR processes;Assumes the role of safety coordinator for the Plant.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years professional Human Resources experience in a consumer goods or manufacturing environment;Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related subject;Industrial labor relations experience;Understanding theory and application of laborlegislation; Strong safety background;Spanish language skills are a strong plus;Recruiting; performance management, training and development experience.
