***Should be Human Resources Manager or strong Assistant HR Manager now or in an equivalent position within a large manufacturing company HR organization. Should have expertise in Business Partnering, Organizational Development and solid generalist expertise.

***Experience could come from almost any multi-plant manufacturing setting. This client company hires and promotes on the basis of accomplishments.
