Human Resources Manager

Purpose:
Looking for a highly motivated individual to manage a Human Resources Department. Major duties and responsibilities include the following:

- Develop, implement and maintain HR programs
- Perform HR staff functions, including employment, compensation, performance management, employee relations, benefits, orientation and training, and employee services
- Ensure compliance with all EEO, employment, benefits, and wage-hour laws
- Work with senior management to ensure that company is able to recruit, motivate and retain staff

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years experience in a Human Resource management/leadership role, preferably in the medical device industry.Classification:Full-TimeCompensation:
