Unit Description: Previous human resource experience with collective bargaining preferred along with excellent organizational and communication skills.Position Summary:
Handles all human resource functions for one or more accounts/units. May include payroll, benefits, administration of labor contracts, training, employee relations, recruiting, safety, etc. Role focuses on hourly workforce. In some cases, may supervise clerical employees. Exists mostly in large or more complex units, or those with unionized workers.Typical Knowledge and SkillsInterviewing, training and presentation skills. General labor law knowledge. Knowledge of payroll and benefits. Familiarity with unit operations. Requires previous experience in human resources.Typical Education
