respective organizations. viz Controller, Supply Chain Management, and
Corporate Development. Will also support Investor Relations. Has a team of
3 HR managers reporting into this role, and a client base dispersed between
Reston and Overland Park, however key leads are located in Reston. All the
usual aspects and content associated with such a role are present and these
are detailed below. The differentiation for this job is the level and
complexity of the organizations supported. Some fascinating HR
opportunities are present within these organizations over the near term,
opportunities that will require skilled partnership from an HR perspective
to bring to a successful conclusion for both the business and the employee
base. Good client management skills at a senior level a prerequisite.
Relocation assistance would be offered for the right candidate
Consults with management regarding human resources issues to ensure that
actions are consistent with current policies/practices and result in fair
and equitable treatment of employees. Provides counsel and guidance to
employees relating to human resources policies and programs. Reviews,
investigates and responds to internal and external charges/complaints and
recommends appropriate resolution. Establishes operational objectives and
work plans. Delegates assignments to SMEs, career level professionals or
subordinate supervisors.

Degree, 10 + years related HR experience in an HR Operations role.
