Human Resources Generalist - Lancaster, SC

We seek an experienced HR Generalist to manage the employee hiring process including recruiting, orientation, mentoring, training & development, reporting, policy administration and auditing, prescreening and benefit administration. Additionally, will assist supervisors with employee issues, compliance and safety. This individual will also maintain office, shop and maintenance supplies and cost reporting.
REQUIREMENTS
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources with demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and sound decision-making. Must have a high level of confidentiality and exceptional interpersonal skills.
