Human Resources Executive

Multi-state, southeast regional growing company is seeking a senior-level Human Resource executive to join its management team. This position reports to the CEO and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that support the company’s growth and development goals for its workforce
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate has five to 10 years of experience in a sales oriented organization assisting management of cultural change, recruiting and hiring excellent employees, and developing performance management and accountability systems. In addition, this individual will:

?Provide thought and leadership, and be the catalyst and owner for action regarding human resources initiatives.
?Ensure that training and development is effective, relevant and delivered consistently.
?Direct, support, coach, and counsel all levels of staff.
?Oversee benefits and compensation administration.
?Analyze monthly trends and implement strategies in such areas as attrition and employee relations to provide current feedback to the CEO and management.
?Work with all levels of management, utilizing trend analysis data, to improve the work environment and achieve HR vision and goals.
?Ensure effective orientation of new employees and managers over a multi-state geography..
?Conduct ongoing market and wage analysis to identify and raise issues regarding equity and competition in the market.
?Establish and maintain effective forums for involving staff and employee representatives in identifying workplace issues and delivering solutions.
