Human Resources – Employee Relations
RTI Tradco, a subsidiary of RTI International Metals, Inc, the world leader in quality titanium mill products, and aircraft parts, has an employment opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist.
The successful candidate will be able to perform Human Resource duties for a manufacturing facility with a focus on labor relation issues. The position will handle employee relations, government reporting, management training, salary and benefit administration including payroll, performance reviews, new employee orientation, wage surveys, recruiting and interviewing, and HR policies and procedures. The successful candidate will assist plant management with the human resource function.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree from a four year accredited college or university. Minimum of three – five year Human Resources experience in a union manufacturing environment.
