Master's in HRM, Public Admin. or Businesspreferred. Thorough knowledge of principles & practices of HRM required. Serves as a senior consultant to theexecutive staff. Directs comprehensive class/comp program and the communication/delivery of the benefits program. Hiring salary range: $54,526 - $96,999.
