Human Resources Director
The Radisson Suites Tucson, located in upscale east Tucson and managed by Quorum Hotels & Resorts, is a newly renovated 299 suite property with 14,000 square feet of meeting space, lush landscaping, fitness facility, and a great team of hospitality pros!
The human resources director will work closely with the hotel general manager and executive committee to support the day-to-day operations of the hotel. The director is responsible for managing human resources-related policies and procedures, recruitment and retention programs, salary administration, coaching and counseling, training, benefit administration, employee relations, safety and loss prevention, and HR administration. The department consists of the Director and one clerical support.

REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 2+ years HR experience at the director level.
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation and training skills.
Strong computer and software knowledge to include experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Previous HRIS experience in ABRA Suite with Crystal Reportwriter a plus.
Experience in benefit administration to include healthcare, 401k, worker compensation programs.
Outstanding organizational, planning and follow-up skills.
Creative thinker with problem solving abilities and strong collaborative approach to working with peers.
Ability to evaluate and address situations in a thoughtful and rational manner while keeping with the hotels and company’s established practices.
Great ability to build relationships and trust with peers and associates.
