Human Resources Coordinator

Administer HR policies and procedures including Employee Benefits, Retirement, hour wage increases, etc.

Research and resolve HR questions and concerns

Create, update and communicate HR related reports

Conduct new hire orientation

Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Strong background in Human Resources policies and procedures

Experience with hourly recruiting

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills

Ability to work with little supervision and in a high stress environment

Bi-lingual a plus
