Human Resources Administrator
This position will work closely with the HR Manager and support the General Managers and employees of Heavy Equipment Dealerships. The HR Administrator will provide human resources support in multiple areas inclusive of HR administration (payroll, employee orientation, compliance, new hire and other HR documentation), benefit administration, performance management, employee relations, training and organizational development.
REQUIREMENTS
* Enter and process ADP payroll for 200+ employees
* Understanding of HR processes and HR related regulations
* Experience with administering benefit programs
* Ability to protect confidential information
* Ability to perform in a fast paced and flexible environment
* Ability to pay strong attention to detail
* Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Working knowledge of MS office software - Excel, Word, Powerpoint
* Customer service focused
* Must be willing to travel to other Nortrax NE locations
* Candidate should have positive, high energy style
* Strong verbal & written communication skills with all levels of management
* Self motivator, supportive team player
* Relationship builder
