Human Resources Administration Manager / HR

To help us to maintain our growth and development, we are currently seeking a Human Resources Administration Manager to join our team. This position would primarily be located in our Stamford, CT office.

The Human Resources Manager’s purpose is “To co-ordinate, support and enable the development of all employees in line with overall company objectives. To ensure all employees operate within the statutory legal requirements. To administer the US company payroll and benefit programs.”

CAN YOU:

•Co-ordinate and administer an approved company recruitment procedure within the stated company budget parameters?
•Administer and reconcile the Company Payroll System and control documentation
•Manage and implement the approved orientation process for all new employees?
•Administer and maintain all employee personnel and personal records
•Administer and co-ordinate the Performance Management Process ensuring accurate update and follow up of all records?
•Accurately administer the Job Profile and Objective Setting documentation ensuring current and timely updates onto internal systems?
•Co-ordinate and update all Statutory Legal Requirements in conjunction with our allocated HR consultancy?
•Administer, manage and communicate the Company Benefits program in conjunction with our allocated broker/representatives?
•Administer the approved Company ‘Reward & Recognition’ program?
•Co-ordinate all HR Database requirements in conjunction with the UK Database Systems?
•Maintain and develop relationships with colleagues and suppliers?
•Work in an environment that is dynamic, strategic and rewarding?
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a HR support role and would ideally suit a candidate who would be looking to develop their HR skills and knowledge over a 2/3 year period with a view to developing into an HR Manager position.
