Position: Human Resource Representative

In this exciting role, the selected candidate will assisting in employee recruitment efforts, you will develop contacts with area employment sources, while regularly participating in job fairs and recruiting events. Your responsibilities will involve new employee orientation and training; performing payroll and benefits administration; monitoring scheduled performance appraisals; and establishing positive employee relations programs and practices.





This role requires a high school diploma or the equivalent to qualify, along with effective communications skills, knowledge of EEO, OSHA, labor relations laws, basic PC skills and affinity for working with the senior population.
