HR manager of a distribution Center in North New Jersey. Need to know all aspects of Human Resources. Employee relations and recruiting experience a must. Hiring exempt and nonexempt positions. Responsible for 400 non union employees within facility. Must be familiar with laws, employee relations, recruitment, training, workshops, benefits, safety and any other issues pertaining to HR within the facility. You will be helping run and be responsible for the HR department. Candidate must also be confident with their own ability to make proper decisions within all the laws of employment. Need to be personable and professional. Will have a stafff of 5 and work side by side with warehouse manager. Excellent opportunity in a growth oriented company.
