Human Resource Manager: Due to an internal promotion, this key management position is currently available. As the Human Resource Manager, you would be responsible for managing the Human Resource function at the Arcadia complex.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will possess the following attributes:
Great team leader with proven process improvement, coaching, and communication skills
Superior employee relations and communication skills as well as excellent team building and conflict resolution skills
Strong knowledge of HR laws and policies
Experience in administration and support of wage/salary, benefit programs, and personnel policies and practices
Experienced manager of employment staffing activities
Representative of the company in the community
5 – 8 years of previous experience in a manufacturing environment
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required
