Human Resource/Labor Relations Manager

Excellent new opportunity with National and Progressive Consumer Product Manufacturer. Full Human Resource responsibility for large manufacturing site: employee relations/organizational development, training, labor relations, recruitment, succession planning/retention strategy, etc. Will oversee grievance process/arbitration. Strong labor relations/union relationship will be required - minimum of 8-12 years' experience. Bachelors Degree required/MBA preferred. SPHR or PHR desirable. Excellent relocation and benefit package will be offered. Salary: $95-115,000 + Bonus. Please direct your resume to Jean Miles, J.
