Responsibilities include a variety of generalist tasks and full life cycle recruiting process from sourcing thru closing offers. Opportunity to capitalize on your successful relationships with outside vendors. Ability to collaborate with managers in assessing current & future needs and to recommend strategies to attract, motivate & retain talent essential.
Requires: Degree or equivalent work exp, 10-20 yr proven generalist track record and extensive history of recruiting & retaining excellent candidates; manufacturing exp; ability to institutionalize efficient recruiting systems; MS office, Internet recruiting & HRIS exp.
