Human Resource Generalist

GL&V USA, Inc. Announces an immediate opening for a Human Resources Generalist at its Lenox MA facility.

The Human Resource Generalist will provide support to the Lenox facility. The selected candidate will act as the liaison to the employees at the worksite for all of their human resource issues and concerns, including all benefits and payroll. Duties will include, but not limited to managing and coordinating hiring and promotion process, screening and interviewing job applicants, planning and conducting new hire orientation, developing and coordinating various employee relations, plant activities and communications, maintenance of HRIS System, submission of payroll data, benefits administration/implementation, personnel file maintenance, and acting as safety team member.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree, minimum of 2 years direct work experience and knowledge of human resources, practices and principles. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external customers required. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel. Knowledge of ADP Payroll and HR Profile helpful.
