Employee Relations Manager / Human Resources Generalist – Fast Tracker Position

Salary $72,000 - $80,000 + excellent relocation and benefits packages

One of the nation’s leading consumer product manufacturers has an opening for an Employee Relations Manager / Human Resources Generalist who will be a vital HR participant is this plant of 800 plus associates. The person selected for this position will be responsible for a variety of employee relations matters such as conflict resolution, team building, disciplinary actions and questions regarding policy and philosophy interpretation. Human Resource Generalist will assist in implementing and administering specific Human Resources functions, operations and processes. This position is a stepping-stone for the goal oriented individual who wants to move into a management role in a company that recognizes and rewards excellence.
Located in one of the fastest growing areas in the Midsouth, this area has much to offer. There are universities near by, affordable housing and excellent school systems. REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degreerequired and PHR certification helpful.
2. Three or more years of human resources generalist experience with strong employee relations experience
3. Familiar with state and federal employment and worker’s compensation regulations
4. Experience in recruitment and selection of both salaried and hourly positions
5. Strong interpersonal skills
6. Experience with Fortune 500 manufacturers a plus.
