Hiring Logistics Specialist

In this entry level position you will provides a variety of logistical and administrative activities in support of our client USAA.

Responsibilities include; scheduling candidates for interviews, coordinating schedules with hiring managers, preparing candidate information packets and generating interview agendas.

In addition you will be responsible for inputting data into the applicant requisition system and generating reports as necessary, including EEO/Applicant Tracking for compliance. Also you will generate candidate offer letters, initiate all background screens and reference checks, and conduct on-boarding activities including reviewing and collecting essential paperwork, getting security badges, coordination with facilities, etc.
