Job Overview:

As the Health and Welfare Benefits Program Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, evaluation and administration of National's employee benefit programs. Conducts analysis and assists in plan design and development of changes as necessary to ensure a competitive market position. Work with vendors/consultants to ensure plans are compliant and standards set forth for service levels are met. Provides assistance with international benefits review as needed.

Responsibilities:

Program and vendor management of health and welfare programs
Conducts ongoing analysis to ensure plans are cost effective and competitive
Assists with vendor selection, negotiations and renewals
Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Manages annual Open Enrollment
Assists in resolution of escalated issues
Assists in international benefits review and maintenance/reporting of global benefits costs
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of benefits management
Experience with design and development of benefits programs and related regulations
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
Strong project and vendor management skills
Demonstrates initiative and is self-managed
Customer focused
Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
