REQUIREMENTS
The HR Manager will assume full responsibilities relating to, but not limited to, staffing and retention; training and development, employee relations; benefits; compensation programs; risk management; and legal compliance of HR practices. Specifically, the successful candidate will be capable of:·Participate in developing comprehensive short-and-long term HR strategies designed to drive organizational change and employee development with new and ongoing programs;
·Recruiting talent for and within all levels of the organization;
·Participate in designing and managing performance and compensation programs;
REQUIREMENTS:The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business management with a concentration in Human Resources or related field. Also preferred is at least 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resource positions and two years in Human Resource management. Other experience and requirements include:·Knowledge of Federal employment laws;·Exceptional relationship skills at all levels;
·Effective written and oral communication skills;
·Sound business judgment, analytical and problem solving
ability.The HR Manager will be a focused, energetic leader whose strengths and style complement the existing team. Intelligence, sound business ethics along with strong people skills are critical. The HR Manager will be capable of servicing internal and external customers and should represent the company tactfully and professionally.
