Dollar Tree Stores, the nation's leading $1.00 price point retailer, operating nearly 3,200 stores and 9 distribution centers in 48 states is currently seeking an Assistant Human Resource Manager for our high volume, automated Distribution Center in Stockton, CA.The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 1 year of HR experience in a high volume, automated DC or manufacturing environment preferred.
Working knowledge of various areas of HR including California Labor Laws, FMLA, Worker's Comp, employee relations, and recruiting.
Ability to lead by example, develop, and foster a team environment are essential.
Experience in Microsoft Word applications required.

Flexible working hours and bi-lingual a must.
