HUMAN RESOURCES Associate Director Human Resources Hofstra University is seeking an experi enced Human Resources professional to serve as Associate Director of Human Resources. The position reports to the Director of Human Resources and will be responsible for managing human resources and a comprehensive benefit program, including supervising and overseeing the work of other professionals. Candidate must have experience managing both fully insured and self insured health and dental plans, pension and 403B plans, short and long term disability, life insurance, flexible spending plans and worker's compensation. Candidate will review and monitor all benefits and compensation programs and is responsible for compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations. Must possess excellent interpersonal, communications, and analytical skills. Experience working in a Not-For-Profit union environment a plus. Master's degree and a minimum of ten (10) years experience in Human Resource Management and Benefits Administration required. Equal Opportunity Employer
