The HRIS Specialist is directly responsible for the to support our Global Compensation & Benefits Department in the implementation of various global compensation & benefits projects, systems and procedures by providing analytical, coordinative, and maintenance support. The HRIS Specialist will work in a highly professional manner, discreetly managing confidential information. The ideal candidate will be an aggressive and independent thinker with outstanding interpersonal skills. The selected individual will succeed in a fast paced environment, manage multiple priorities, be customer service oriented, and possess exceptional computer skills with demonstrated ability to problem-solve and analyze databases.

Develop, implement and maintain a global HRIS database composed of various HR component Databases and systems that support global HR data needs
HR process identification and documentation
Data flow/touch point analysis of multi-part HR systems
Design, create, and manipulate complex spreadsheets and databases to support HR processes
Develop compeling presentations
Compile monthly international reports
and implement consistent worldwide compensation and global benefit programs
Benchmark “Best Practices” incorporating appropriate application(s) for Littelfuse
Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels

REQUIREMENTS
An oustanding professional will have:
Bachelor’s Degree
8+ years overall experience with 4-5 years experience in an HR Environment
Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS Enterprise systems such as SAP HR, or Peoplesoft
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
