HRIS Coordinator

We currently have an immediate opening for a full-time HRIS Coordinator in our Schaumburg, Illinois office.

The HRIS Coordinator is responsible for the review and entry of all Human Resource transacations submitted to Corporate from field offices into the PeopleSoft HRMS system. Responsibilities include entry of employee training data, new hires, employee changes and benefit enrollments. The HRIS Coordinator must review all forms submitted for accuracy, effectively communicate with field, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.

REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this position, you must possess a High School Diploma or GED. A Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred. The incumbent must possess at least 1-3 years of data entry experience. Experience in Human Resources or with HR Systems is highly desired. Strong customer service skills, excellent written and oral communications skills, PC skills (Microsoft Office and Peoplesoft a plus) and the ability to work independently are required.
