HRIS Anayst
This position is a primary contact for HR reporting, which includes ad hoc reporting and data analysis for larger projects. This position will also serve as a backup for HR related Lotus Notes database application support. Handles application support and PeopleSoft table maintenance; functions as a general functional resource to HR staff and the end-user community. Performs analysis based on current business processes in conjunction with future goals of HRIS, HR Shared Services, & Corporate HR.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
Primary reporting contact for all of VF HR staff (writes, runs, audits, transmits standard and ad hoc reports).
Composes recommendations for system and/or process improvements and enhancements, based on analysis of current business processes and future goals for VF Shared Services HR, HRIS, and Corporate HR.
Maintains, without assistance, an in-depth knowledge and understanding of techniques and tools used in the field of expertise.
Identifies, analyzes and resolves, without assistance, a wide variety of problems and issues encountered in project work or daily activities.
Provides application support for Lotus Notes databases and processes to the HR and end-user community
Coordinates, assists with, or leads special projects, utilizing standard project management concepts and techniques
Analyzes requirements for integrating new functionality into existing HR systems
Performs these and other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree, or equivalent experience, in Business, Human Resources, or Information Systems.
Strong understanding of Human Resources processes and applications, preferably using the PeopleSoft system.
Report writing experience using an accepted industry standard query tool (e.g. Brio, Hyperion, Crystal Reports).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to determine correct data source and the analytical abilities to validate/manipulate the data once retrieved from that source to fulfill requests.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects, in an ever-changing, dynamic environment.
Highly organized, detailed oriented.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) power user.
Strong presentation, training and communication skills.
Bilingual (Spanish) helpful.
