HRIS Analyat - SAP, Peoplesoft, ADP
My client a pharmaceutical leader in drop development process, with multiple locations in N. America is looking for a HRIS Analyst with strong experience in SAP & Peoplesoft, for S. San Francisco office.
Description:
Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of an SAP human resources information system (HRIS) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities.
Maintains internal database files and tables and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management/staff & business unit needs (i.e., org charts, employee data spreadsheets, and headcount reporting).
Works with Human Resources personnel to evaluate HRIS software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing HRIS to meet changing demands.
Works frequently with payroll and its personnel to coordinate retrieval and reporting functions. May serve as HR department liaison to IT function.
Requirements:
Minimum of five years related experience.
Prior HR experience in HRIS, ADP Perspective and/or SAP preferred.
Ability to work in a fast paced & team based environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong Excel skills required. Ability to research & analyze information and prepare appropriate recommendations.
Knowledge of HRIS processes/procedures & systems.
